Service Description
The ABC Diploma Check is designed for swimmers who are interested in obtaining an official Dutch ABC Swimming Diploma. During this session, we check your current swimming level and guide you through important diploma-related skills, such as swimming technique, deep-water confidence, treading water, underwater orientation, climbing out of the pool, survival-style exercises, and swimming with clothing. This session helps us understand whether you are ready for Diploma A, B or C, or whether you should continue training first. Important: no diploma is issued during the ABC Diploma Check. After the session, we will advise you about the best next step: joining the official exam, taking more SwimEasy classes, or continuing your regular swimming journey. Price: €34 Recommended for: Intermediate swimmers, Advanced swimmers, and swimmers who can already swim but do not yet have a Dutch swimming diploma. Who can book this? You can book this session if you are already comfortable swimming independently and want to know if you are ready for an official ABC Swimming Diploma Exam.

Cancellation Policy
Booking and Scheduling: Lessons can be booked up to 1 hour before the start time. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred times. Access to classes requires a prior booking at the correct level. Attending a different level than booked is not allowed. Please avoid booking back-to-back 2-hour sessions to allow others the chance to attend. Automated reminders will be sent 48 hours before your class to allow time for cancellations or rescheduling without fees. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations/rescheduling must be made a full 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy: No-shows will result in the loss of the full class fee or credits, and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; beyond this, it will be treated as a no-show. Waitlist System: We offer a waitlist for fully booked classes. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted customers will be notified and given the chance to book. Package Expiration and Extensions: Extensions may be granted for medical or exceptional circumstances upon request via email. Refunds and Transfers: Refunds are not available after purchasing a package. However, packages can be transferred to someone else. Package freezes or partial refunds may be granted for medical reasons, subject to approval. Attendance and Commitment: Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize your package. Follow our booking and cancellation policies to avoid losing sessions.
