I started swimming at 7 and competed until 14, then moved into basketball and taekwondo—where I earned a blue belt and a solid kick to the face (lesson learned!). While studying, I taught step aerobics and fell in love with movement and the mind-body connection. Now a certified freediver and mom of two (one human, one dog), I always remind swimmers: warm up, keep moving, and let kids play sports—just for fun.

After 10 years as a professional swimmer, my journey took me from competitive pools to performing as a mermaid in a Chinese aquarium. Swimming has always been a big part of my life—and now, I love sharing that passion with others. These days, I enjoy open-water races and helping people build confidence, find joy, and grow in the water.
